Every piece is packed by hand in recycled and recyclable materials. Orders usually ship within a few business days, and you’ll get an email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way.

Costs and times

• Standard shipping: $8 flat rate, 3 to 7 business days once shipped.
• Carrier rates: when you enter your address at checkout, you may see exact USPS or UPS prices for your package instead.
• Gift cards: delivered by email, instantly after payment.

Local pickup in Portland

Choose Local pickup (Portland, OR) at checkout and it’s free. We’ll email you the pickup details once your order is ready. You can also find us in person at upcoming markets.

Damaged in transit?

Handmade pottery is sturdy but not indestructible. If something arrives broken, see returns & care and we’ll make it right.
